Te Mata Park Trust Board respects your privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 2020.  We may collect personal information from you, including information about your name, contact details and interactions with us.  We collect your personal details in order to provide information you have requested or general information about Te Mata Park, to keep in contact with park users, donors, volunteers and other stakeholders, and to keep you informed about the work of the Te Mata Park Trust Board.

In addition to our trustees and staff, we may share your information with our donor engagement software provider in order to manage our donor and volunteer data effectively and securely, and to send acknowledgements and tax receipts for donations.

Providing some information is optional.  If you choose not to enter your email address, we’ll be unable to share news and information with you.  You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.  If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@tematapark.co.nz.
