LOCATION: Originating from South America, Wandering willie is an invasive ground cover that smothers native vegetation with creeping stems that root at all nodes touching the ground.
DESCRIPTION: Fleshy leaves and stems. Even the smallest piece of stem will re-sprout. Flowers small and white. Grows well in moderate shade. Frost tender and slows right down in the Park in winter.
CONTROL: Remove in spring and summer during growing period.
