Mountain bikers, please note that a section of the RED track (which runs from the tanks, under Peak House and down towards the Gates Car Park), is now ”walking only”. Up until this time, mountain bikers have been permitted on this track. It has been the intention of the Trust Board to eventually close this track to mountain bikers, once sufficient alternative MTB-only tracks were open to riders.
Please also note that this is applicable to uphill and downhill mountain biking.
