Exciting Opportunity at Peak House

The iconic Peak House, located in Te Mata Park, is up for lease! Built in the 1960’s principally for use as a cafe/ restaurant, it has kitchen facilities as well as bar and dining areas and accommodation. The trustees of the Te Mata Peak Trust Board are seeking responses from cultural, community or commercial groups interested in leasing the building.
